Description

The Maxima Premium Griddle is a smooth, chrome-finished single-unit gas griddle for professional kitchens that run a 90 cm deep cooking line. The grill plate is 15 mm thick steel, heated by stainless steel burners with a thermostat from 100 to 300 °C, a pilot light and piezo ignition, and it runs on LPG or natural gas. A 1,5 litre drip tray underneath collects grease, and the stainless steel housing and splashguards are easy to wipe down.

Connection: LPG or natural gas, with G25 natural gas injectors fitted and a G30 LPG injector set supplied. External dimensions 400 x 900 x 280 mm, net weight 48 kg.
