This 201L value-range saladette counter gives busy kitchens 2 hinged solid doors opening onto 2 wire shelves white of GN1/1 cabinet storage, held at +2/+10°C by fan assisted cooling under electronic control. The saladette well accepts GN pans in sizes 1/6, 1/3 and 1/9.
Automatic defrost keeps performance steady without attention, and 4 adjustable feet let the counter stand level on the kitchen floor. Built in SS201 stainless steel and running at 155 W, 730 kWh a year, it is a value-range way to speed up salad and topping service. It is part of the G-Line range, giving cafés and kitchens gastronorm-format storage at a value-focused price point.
