Description

This 230L saladette counter is fitted with drawers in place of doors, keeping prep ingredients within easy reach in busy kitchens with GN1/1 dimensioned cupboards and adjustable shelves. It is held at +2/+10°C by fan assisted cooling under electronic control.

Automatic defrost keeps performance steady without attention, and 4 adjustable feet let the counter stand level on the kitchen floor. Built in SS304 stainless steel and running at 155 W, 1040 kWh a year (energy class C), it is a practical way to speed up salad, sandwich and topping service.
