The Dupont GN 1/3 polycarbonate gastronorm container is a food-storage and service dish for meat and cookery cabinets, sized at 325 × 176 × 80 mm and fully compliant with EN 631-1. Made from durable polycarbonate in a neutral grey finish, it holds 3.0 litres and slots directly into any standard GN 1/3 position — making it a practical choice for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and delicatessen counters.
Available in three depths (20, 50 and 80 mm), the range covers everything from shallow display portions to deeper bulk storage, so brigades can standardise on one footprint across the cold chain.
