The Dupont GN 1/1 Black acrylic tray is a high-gloss presentation and storage tray from the Plexiline Gastronorm System, designed for use in meat and cookery cabinets, deli counters, and buffet displays. Sized at the standard GN 1/1 footprint and 20 mm deep, it fits directly into gastronorm cabinet rails and refrigerated displays used across restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.
Made from scratch-resistant acrylic (Plexiglass), the tray handles temperatures from -20 °C up to +80 °C, making it equally suited to cold storage and mild hot-holding environments. It is dishwasher safe for straightforward back-of-house cleaning, and the reorder code is engraved on the base for quick replenishment. The Plexiline range is also available in 17, 50, and 80 mm depths for operations that need consistent presentation across multiple product heights.
