Was Perforated Gastronorm Tray, GN Select, GN 1/1, 65 mm

Blanched vegetables, rinsed salad leaves or drained pasta need somewhere to sit while the liquid runs off, and this full-size GN 1/1 tray is built for exactly that — a perforated base lets water pass straight through instead of pooling around the food. At 65 mm deep with a 9 litre capacity, it drops into any standard GN 1/1 rack, bain-marie or trolley alongside the rest of a kitchen's gastronorm equipment.

It is made from chrome nickel steel 18/8, part of the GN Select range built for intensive daily use. It stacks cleanly and is dishwasher safe.
