Maxima Upright Freezer, 700 L, GN 2/1, 3 Shelves, on Wheels

The Maxima 700 L upright freezer is a stainless steel reach-in for restaurants and catering kitchens that need to freeze large quantities of food: a gross capacity of 700 litres (650 L net), delivered with three shelves and guide sets sized 2/1 GN, adjustable in roughly 5 cm increments (further grids can be ordered separately). LED lighting comes on when the door opens, the door closes itself by magnet, and heated door rubbers stop it freezing shut; a lock secures the contents. The digital Dixell controller sets a range from -18 to -22 °C, with an automatic defrost cycle every six hours that drains to the motor and evaporates.

Connection 230 V, 0.38 kW, refrigerant R290, insulation 6 cm, for ambient temperatures up to 43 °C. Four wheels, two with brakes, make it easy to move and to clean underneath. External dimensions 745 x 830 x 2020 mm, net weight 113 kg. Other sizes of the same wheeled series can be selected above.
