Maxima Food Processor, 70 L Bowl, 7800 W, Floor Model

This Maxima food processor is a floor-standing cutter for professional kitchens, built to cut and mix meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts, dried fruit, cheese and chocolate, and to blend pesto, sauces, herb mixes and dressings, including meat fillings. The stainless steel bowl holds 70 L, and four stainless steel blades process ingredients behind a transparent lid with a refill opening for adding oil, water or milk while the appliance runs; a safety latch on the lid must be tightened before use. Once processing is done, the bowl lifts out using the tilting arm.

Connection 400 V, 7.8 kW at 40 A, two speeds of 1500 and 3000 RPM. External dimensions 580 x 890 x 1160 mm, net weight 156 kg, on four rubber feet, and supplied without a plug. It comes with a knife extraction tool, a bowl stripping accessory, a seal for the transparent lid, a spatula and a lid cover, and ships on a pallet.
