Maxima Food Processor, 18 L Bowl, 2600 W, Pulse Function

This Maxima food processor is a table-model cutter for catering kitchens, built to cut and mix meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts, dried fruit, cheese and chocolate, and to make pesto, sauces, herb mixes, dressings and meat fillings. The stainless steel bowl holds 18 L, and a double S-shaped stainless steel blade processes ingredients while a bowl scraper keeps the walls and lid clean; the transparent lid has a refill opening for adding liquids such as oil, water or milk while the appliance runs. A safety switch stops the machine from running until the lid is fully closed, and the bowl unlocks by turning it clockwise once processing is done.

Connection 230 V, 2.6 kW, two speeds between 1500 and 2800 RPM plus a pulse function, set on the digital panel. External dimensions 410 x 380 x 680 mm, net weight 28.5 kg, on four rubber feet, with a reset button if the machine stops working.
