Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches DTH is a heated plate dispenser by Vitrum, designed to keep up to 45 plates at service-ready temperature — from 30 °C up to 70 °C — for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and busy commercial kitchens. Built from stainless steel (INOX), its single-column format fits cleanly into pass-through stations and buffet lines without taking up excess floor space.
The dispenser accommodates two plate diameter ranges — Ø180–260 mm or Ø240–320 mm — making it compatible with most standard tableware in professional use. Running on single-phase 230 V at just 0.8 kW, it is economical to operate and straightforward to install wherever a standard outlet is available.
