Description
The Vitrum HTN is a heated storage table with six drawers for professional kitchens, holding up to six GN 1/1 trays across three two-drawer blocks and maintaining a temperature range of 30–70 °C. Built entirely from stainless steel (INOX), it is designed to keep plated dishes and gastronorm containers at serving temperature during busy service periods.
Running on standard single-phase 230 V power at just 1.2 kW, it is an energy-efficient addition to the pass or hot line in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and banqueting kitchens. The drawer configuration allows staff to access individual trays quickly without exposing the entire cabinet to heat loss.
