Description
The Vitrum CT12.G1.MDG.G1 is a refrigerated table from our CT cold table family, designed for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and cafés that need chilled prep and display storage in a single compact unit. Built entirely in stainless steel (INOX), it maintains a working temperature range of +2 °C to +6 °C and uses the natural R290 refrigerant for efficient, low-impact cooling.
We configure this model with two glass doors with integrated LED lighting flanking a central MDG compressor module — a cooling unit topped with a glass drawer, keeping ingredients visible and accessible without breaking the cold chain. High-density two-component polyurethane foam with seamless liquid injection ensures consistent insulation across the cabinet body. Electronic controls handle automatic defrost and power-interruption protection, so the unit recovers without manual intervention after a supply outage.
Adjustable-height legs make levelling straightforward on uneven kitchen floors, and the single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz connection keeps installation simple. Contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
