Description

The Vitrum CT12.3.MD/S.1.B is a made-to-order refrigerated prep table for professional kitchens, combining a three-drawer refrigerated block, a hinged door with interior shelf, and an integrated stainless steel sink — all within a 1260 mm wide, fully INOX-finished unit. It holds temperature between +2 °C and +6 °C, making it well-suited for meat, dairy, and fresh ingredient prep in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations.

We build each unit from stainless steel throughout, with seamless high-density polyurethane foam insulation injected as a single liquid pour for zero cold bridges. The sink sits directly above the cooling compressor cassette, which pulls out from the front for fast servicing without moving the unit. Electronic controls, automatic defrosting, telescopic stainless steel drawer guides, and soft rubber door gaskets keep daily operation straightforward and hygienic. The unit runs on a single-phase 230 V / 50 Hz supply and uses R290 refrigerant.
