Description

The Maxima convection oven bakes, roasts and heats with hot air circulated through the enamelled inner chamber, so food comes out light and crispy, and a steam function is built in too. It takes four 60 x 40 cm trays with 8 cm between them, and the double-glazed door is easily removable for access. Analogue knobs set the temperature from 0 to 300 °C and a timer from 0 to 120 minutes, with indicator lights showing when temperature is reached.

Two motors distribute the heat, and the housing is stainless steel with an enamelled interior; the oven stands on rubber feet for stability. Connection 230 V, 3.6 kW, overload protection. External dimensions 834 x 796 x 570 mm, net weight 70 kg. Four 60 x 40 cm trays are included.
