Description

The Maxima convection oven heats, bakes, roasts, grills and steams with moisture injection, for oven dishes, pies, cakes and meat. It takes four trays of 43.5 x 31.5 cm with 7.5 cm between them, and the double-glazed door is removable for cleaning. Analogue knobs set the temperature from 0 to 300 °C and a timer from 0 to 120 minutes, with indicator lights showing when temperature is reached.

Two motors distribute the heat evenly through the enamelled inner chamber, and the housing is stainless steel; the oven stands on rubber feet. Connection 230 V, 2.67 kW plus 2 kW for the grill, overload protection. External dimensions 595 x 615 x 570 mm, net weight 39 kg. Four trays of 43.5 x 31.5 cm are included.
