Modular Cold Room Panel System, 60/80/100 mm

Multi is the entry model of Incold's fully modular Multi System cold room range, built with vertical and horizontal PVC edge profiles and angle caps. Its modularity means a small number of panel types covers a large number of room sizes, and the room can be extended or reconfigured later.

Panel thicknesses are 60, 80 and 100 mm. The PVC edge profiles have an impact-resistant honeycomb structure with a universal hooking system tested for use down to -30 C.

The panel core is rigid polyurethane foam between two prepainted galvanised steel facings in RAL 9010 with a 30 micron non-toxic coating and a temporary protective film. Panels with a B-s3,d0 reaction to fire class in PIR foam are available as an option.

The standard door on the panel has a clear opening of 95 by 190 cm, hinged on the right with left hand available, and comes with a key handle and a luminescent internal safety release. Widths of 60, 70, 80 and 120 cm are available on request, all of them also in a sliding version.

Floors use a phenolic laminate integrated into the polyurethane foam and take up to 160 kg per rubber wheel. They can be specified at floor level, at floor level with an external ramp, or with an internal ramp. Internal heights run from 123 cm to 243 cm in 20 cm steps.
