Description
The Cambro Cam GoBox® is a top-loading insulated food pan carrier rated for temperatures from −40 °C to 120 °C, designed to keep hot food above 60 °C and cold food at or below 5 °C for 4 or more hours. Built from CFC-free closed-cell EPP bead foam, it accepts a single full-size GN 1/1 pan up to 200 mm deep, or up to four GN 1/1 pans at 65 mm, making it a practical choice for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens moving prepared food between kitchen and service point.
The inner stacking design reduces storage footprint by up to 30%, and the NSF-certified construction is dishwasher safe and 100% recyclable. The black body pairs with a lid available in six colours for easy load identification, and the carrier is compatible with Cambro's Camchiller, Camwarmer and Camdolly accessories (sold separately) for a complete transport system.
