The Cambro Ultra Pan Carrier (GN 1/1) is a top-loading insulated food pan carrier designed for transporting hot or cold foods without any external power source, holding up to 38 litres and maintaining safe serving temperatures for four or more hours. Built from a polyethylene shell with CFC-free polyurethane foam insulation, it accepts GN 1/1 pans up to 200 mm deep — or multiple shallower pans stacked in combination — making it a practical choice for catering operations, hotel banqueting, military field service, and high-volume restaurant transport.

The latching lid with integrated vent and gasket seal locks in temperature and prevents spills in transit, while molded-in side handles are sized for a secure two-person carry. Compatible Camdolly models (CD100H, CD1826MTC, CD100HB, CD100, and CD2028) allow the carrier to be loaded onto a dolly for efficient movement across large kitchens, loading docks, or event venues.
