Description

The Cambro H-Pan / X-Pan™ High Heat GN 1/6 is a high-heat polycarbonate food pan for professional prep, storage, and hot-holding, rated from -40 °C to 190 °C and holding 2.27 L. Compliant with CEN Gastronorm Standard EN 631-1, NSF listed, and FDA approved, it fits steam tables, heated carts, and chafing dishes as readily as it goes into the freezer or microwave — making it a versatile daily workhorse for restaurant, hotel, and catering kitchens.

The smooth non-stick interior surface cleans quickly by hand or in the dishwasher, while dual imperial and metric graduation markings support accurate portioning without extra measuring. The amber polycarbonate construction is impact-resistant yet light, and the 12.7 mm flange seats securely in standard GN frames. Covers are available separately to complete the system.
