The Cambro 14HP is a GN 1/1 high-heat polycarbonate food pan (H-Pan) rated from -40 °C to 190 °C, purpose-built for kitchens that move food through multiple temperature environments without changing containers. Made from Cambro's proprietary H-Pan hi-temp polycarbonate compound, it holds 12.3 litres in a full-size GN 1/1 footprint — compatible with standard steam tables, bain-maries, ovens, and microwaves alike.
The smooth non-stick interior cleans quickly between service cycles, while dual imperial and metric graduation markings support both portioning and recipe consistency. Available in multiple colour variants (including black and amber) for easy kitchen colour-coding, the 14HP suits high-volume restaurants, hotel banqueting operations, catering companies, and institutional kitchens that need reliable, cross-compatible food pans built to EN 631-1 Gastronorm standards.
