The Cambro Camwear® GN 1/6 colander pan is a clear polycarbonate perforated strainer insert designed to nest inside a GN 1/6 solid food pan, rated for temperatures from -40 °C up to 99 °C. Made in the USA and NSF certified, it suits the prep and cold-storage workflows of restaurants, hotels, catering operations and delis that need a reliable, food-safe way to drain, rinse or display product over ice.
The clear polycarbonate construction lets staff check contents at a glance without lifting the insert, while the perforated base allows liquid to drain freely into the pan below. It nests into any GN 1/6 food pan at least 152 mm deep, keeping your existing gastronorm inventory compatible. Commercial dishwasher safe for fast turnaround between services.
