The Cambro Camwear GN 1/1 polycarbonate colander pan is a perforated draining insert for professional food preparation, rated for use from -40 °C up to 99 °C and certified by NSF International and CSA. Made in the USA from clear, durable polycarbonate, it sits inside any full-size food pan at least 6 inches deep, allowing liquids to drain freely while keeping product contained and visible.
At 5 inches deep and weighing just over 1 kg, it is a practical daily-use tool for pasta stations, salad prep, marinating and rinsing in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and institutional kitchens. The clear construction lets staff check contents at a glance without removing the insert, and the Camwear line's 3-year warranty reflects the build quality behind it.
