Description

The Maxima Boiling Pan, 250 L, Direct, Gas is a round stainless steel boiling pan for professional kitchens that cook large volumes of food in water, such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausages and meat: a net capacity of 250 litres with a direct heating system, where the gas burners heat the single-wall base directly for a faster heat-up than an indirect pan. A safety thermostat guards against a low water level, and the counterweighted lid opens and closes with one hand. A drain valve empties the pan for serving or cleaning.

Connection 33 kW total gas power, natural gas (G25) injectors fitted with an LPG (G30) set included. External dimensions 1000 x 1100 x 850 mm, net weight 139 kg, gross weight 154 kg.
