The GN 1/6 polypropylene gastronorm container is a single-wall, open-top food storage container compliant with EN 631, designed for use in professional kitchens, buffet lines, catering operations and hotel food-service environments. Built from food-safe polypropylene (PP), it handles temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C, making it equally suited for blast-chilled storage and ambient prep work.
