This GN 1/6 polypropylene container is a compact, 1-litre gastronorm storage solution built for prep stations, cold buffet setups, and ingredient organisation in restaurants, hotel kitchens, and catering operations. At 65 mm deep, it fits standard GN racks and bain-marie frames wherever a sixth-size slot is available.
Made from BPA-free, food-safe polypropylene, the container handles temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C — suitable for blast-chilled storage through to hot-holding in a bain-marie. The transparent finish allows instant visual stock checks without opening, and the stackable design keeps prep counters tidy during busy service. It is also dishwasher safe, keeping cleaning cycles fast.
