The Naniwa Combination Whetstone A1901000 is a dual-sided water stone, 185 x 65 x 30 mm, with a 1000 grit face and a 3000 grit face for professional knife maintenance in kitchens, butcheries and catering operations. The 1000 grit side is used for sharpening the blade and restoring a dull edge, and the 3000 grit side is for polishing and finishing, refining the edge for a smoother, more precise cut.
