Description

The Was Küchensieb 1511 is a professional kitchen strainer from the Küchensieb 1511 product line, designed for sifting, draining and rinsing in high-volume foodservice operations. Built from CrNi stainless steel, it features a fine 0.5 mm mesh, a wide rim for stable resting on pots or bowls, and a wire handle for secure one-handed use under pressure.

At 200 mm in diameter, it suits a wide range of prep tasks — straining stocks, sifting dry ingredients, rinsing grains or vegetables — making it a reliable everyday tool for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering facilities. Stainless steel construction ensures durability, hygiene and resistance to repeated high-temperature use and commercial dishwashing.

Who can place an order on the website?

Businesses in the HoReCa sector, including restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, catering companies, as well as sole proprietors and legal entities.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

We show both: the main price includes VAT for your selected delivery country, and the smaller price excludes VAT. Use “Deliver to” to choose your delivery country. Where VAT cannot yet be calculated, the price label says so and tax is calculated at checkout. Eligible cross-border EU business purchases may qualify for VAT exemption after a valid VAT number is checked at checkout.
