From a steakhouse pass to an open kitchen's centrepiece, Josper cooks over charcoal in a sealed oven-grill that chefs build menus around. Invented in Spain in 1969 as the world's first charcoal oven, the range here spans countertop and cabinet-based charcoal ovens sized by covers per service.
