The Zumex Speed Up All-in-One is a floor-standing commercial automatic citrus juicer for high-volume juice service in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations, delivering up to 40 fruits per minute and 14–18 servings per minute from a 20 kg hopper. The integrated wheeled podium makes it fully self-contained and easy to reposition on the floor without additional furniture.

Two operational modes adapt to any service context: Automatic mode lets guests dispense juice at the tap for self-service counters, while Professional mode allows staff to programme a set fruit count for consistent portion control. The machine handles standard oranges (65–81 mm diameter) out of the box, with optional S Kit and L Kit accessories extending compatibility to lemons, limes and large grapefruits. An automatic triple filtering belt delivers clean, pulp-controlled juice, and the continuous pulp conveyor belt removes waste hygienically without manual intervention. ASP Antibacterial Silver Polymer technology inhibits bacterial growth on contact surfaces — a practical advantage in busy, high-throughput environments.

Built for operators who need speed and hygiene in a compact footprint, the Speed Up All-in-One draws just 0.3 kW at 230 V and includes a drip tray with direct drain to a waste bucket, reducing cleaning time between service periods.
