The Zumex Speed Up is a commercial countertop electric citrus juicer for high-volume juice service in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations, capable of processing up to 40 fruits per minute and delivering 14–18 servings per minute. A 20 kg hopper keeps the machine running continuously through a busy breakfast or bar service without constant reloading.

The Speed Up handles oranges, grapefruits, lemons, limes and tangerines, with interchangeable pressing kits covering fruit diameters from 45 mm up to 95 mm to match your local produce. Its automatic triple filtering belt and PulpOut conveyor manage pulp hands-free, while ASP Antibacterial Silver Polymer technology inhibits bacterial growth on contact surfaces — a practical advantage in high-throughput self-service or staffed counter environments.

Two operating modes — Automatic for self-service counters and Professional for continuous or programmable output — make the Speed Up equally at home at a hotel breakfast station or behind a juice bar. The stainless steel and food-grade plastic construction is built for daily commercial use, and the integrated bottle holder accommodates three standard opening sizes.
