Description
The Casta YAK2 is a gas yakitori grill for countertop use, built for restaurants, izakayas, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need reliable, high-heat skewer grilling at the pass. High-efficiency gas burners with piezoelectric ignition and min./max. temperature control let cooks move quickly from prep to service, while the thermocouple-protected gas safety tap keeps operations safe under pressure.
The V-shaped stainless steel grids channel fat away from the cooking zone, and an optional round steel grid makes the unit equally suited to fish. A removable frontal fat-and-oil collection runner plus a drip-pan under the burners keep clean-down fast. The entire unit is finished in AISI 304 stainless steel with a scotch brite surface, and cool-grip heat-resistant handles and knobs ensure safe adjustment during a busy service.
