Description

A short-handled skimmer lifts fried or blanched food from a shallow pan while leaving the oil or water behind.

Made from chrome nickel steel with a seamless hook handle, it has a Ø80 mm head with a Ø4 mm perforation and measures 290 mm overall. Dishwasher safe.
