Description

A long-handled skimmer keeps a cook's hand clear of hot oil while lifting fried or blanched food from a deep fryer or stockpot.

Made from chrome nickel steel with a seamless hook handle, it has a Ø80 mm head with a Ø4 mm perforation and measures 355 mm overall. Dishwasher safe.
