Description

A fine wire-mesh skimmer lifts fried or blanched food from hot oil or water while leaving the liquid behind, ready for the next batch.

Made from chrome nickel steel and highly polished, it has a Ø110 mm head, measures 315 mm overall, has a hanging loop, and is dishwasher safe.
