Description

A hanging insert lets a cook blanch or poach a single portion inside a larger pot of stock or water, then lift it straight out without draining the whole pot.

Made from stainless steel with a heat-protected handle and a hook that hangs on the rim of the pot, it measures 290 x 225 x 295 mm.
