The WAS TRAY 97 is a fibreglass-reinforced polyester (PES) serving tray for professional food service in restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering operations. Built to handle the rigours of daily service, it operates reliably from -30 °C to +80 °C, making it equally suited to cold buffet lines and hot-service counters.
The black tray features stacking cams for stable, space-efficient storage, reinforced edges to resist chipping and cracking under heavy use, and a non-slip surface that keeps plates and glassware secure during transport — details that matter on a busy floor or in a high-volume cafeteria line.
