Description

A two-metre handle gives this peel the reach for deep wood-fired or deck ovens where a standard-length peel leaves the cook reaching into the heat.

The Ø400 mm head is aluminium, and the wooden handle moves on its centrepiece so the peel can be shortened for turning near the oven mouth and extended again for the back. It ships as bulky freight.
