Description

This GN 1/2 container is perforated so steam and drained liquid pass straight through, keeping blanched or steamed food from sitting wet.

Made from 18/8 stainless steel, it is sized to GN 1/2, 65 mm deep with a 4 L capacity. It is stackable with other GN containers and lids of the same size, dishwasher safe.
