Description

Perforated to let liquid drain away, this GN 1/2 container blanches, steams and holds vegetables, pasta or seafood without pooling water underneath.

Made from stainless steel with a perforated base and sides for fast draining, it is sized to GN 1/2, 65 mm deep with a 4 L capacity. It is stackable with other GN containers and lids of the same size, dishwasher safe.
