Description
The WAS One Stone Grey plate (330 mm) is a flat stoneware plate from the ROCKZZERO One Stone Grey collection, made in Portugal for professional table service in restaurants, hotels, and cafés. Fired at 1170 °C, it handles temperatures from -20 °C up to 250 °C, making it suitable for hot plating and chilled presentations alike.
Its straight-lined silhouette and naturally irregular Stone Grey glaze give each piece a distinct character — no two plates look exactly alike. The 330 mm diameter offers generous plating space for main courses and composed dishes, while the stackable format keeps back-of-house storage practical. Dishwasher and microwave safe, this plate is built for the daily demands of a working kitchen.
Note that cutlery contact may leave metal marks on the glaze surface — a normal characteristic of this stoneware finish. Sold in packs of 4.
