The WAS One Midnight Plate is a 330 mm flat stoneware plate from the Rockzzero One Midnight collection, designed for professional table presentation in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Fired at 1170 °C in Portugal, it delivers the structural integrity and chip resistance demanded by high-volume service environments.
The deep midnight glaze provides a striking dark backdrop for plating, while the stoneware body handles both freezer storage and oven finishing — rated from -20 °C to 250 °C. Fully dishwasher and microwave safe, it moves cleanly through modern kitchen workflows. Supplied in sets of four.
