Description
The WAS One Midnight Bowl (220 mm) is a flat stoneware bowl from the ROCKZZERO One Midnight collection, designed for plating and serving in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations. Fired at 1170 °C in Portugal, its deep midnight-black glaze gives each 22 cm piece a subtly unique finish — a deliberate characteristic of the handcrafted production process.
Built for busy professional kitchens, the bowl handles temperatures from -20 °C to 250 °C and is both dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe, supporting mise en place, blast-chilling and rapid reheating without swapping serviceware. Its straight-lined, low-profile form suits contemporary plating styles across multiple courses. Note that cutlery contact may leave light metal marks on the glaze over time. Supplied in packs of 6.
