The WAS One Light Rock Plate 170mm is a flat stoneware plate from the ROCKZZERO One Light Rock collection, designed for professional food presentation in restaurants, hotels, and cafés. Fired at 1170 °C in Portugal, it delivers the dense, durable structure that high-volume kitchens require, while tolerating temperatures from -20 °C up to 250 °C — suitable for both freezer storage and oven or microwave finishing.
Its straight-lined silhouette keeps plating clean and consistent, while natural glaze variations ensure each piece carries its own character. The plates are dishwasher safe and stackable, making service and storage efficient on a busy pass. Supplied as a set of 6, they are a practical choice for any operation standardising its tableware.
Note: as with all stoneware of this type, cutlery contact may leave metal marks on the glaze surface — a normal characteristic of the material.
