Description

The WAS NP80 is a professional cake server — a hand-held pastry spatula designed for portioning and plating cakes, tarts and pastries in restaurant, hotel and café service. At 240 mm overall length and just 2 mm thick, the chrome steel blade slides cleanly under delicate slices without crushing or dragging.

Its lightweight construction — under 55 g — reduces hand fatigue during high-volume dessert service, making it a practical daily-use tool for pastry chefs and front-of-house staff alike.
