The WAS GN 1/3 polypropylene lid is a food-storage cover designed to fit standard GN 1/3 containers in line with EN 631-1, keeping prepared ingredients, sauces and cold-prep items securely covered in refrigeration, freezing or bain-marie service. Made from food-contact-compliant polypropylene, it handles temperatures from -40 °C up to 95 °C, making it equally at home in blast-chill storage and hot-holding setups.
With a compact 325 × 176 mm footprint, this lid fits neatly into busy mise-en-place workflows without wasting shelf or cold-room space.
