Description
The WAS GN 94 is a GN 1/6 gastronorm container made from transparent polycarbonate, designed for cold food storage, mise en place, and service-line organisation in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and professional kitchens. At 65 mm deep, it fits standard GN 1/6 slots and works seamlessly alongside other GN 94 series containers.
Moulded from food-safe polycarbonate and compliant with EN 631-1, the container handles temperatures from -40 °C up to 110 °C, making it suitable for blast-chilling as well as bain-marie or hot-holding use. The fully transparent body lets staff identify contents at a glance without lifting lids, reducing handling time during busy service.
