Description

The WAS GN 70 gastronorm tray (GN 2/4) is a solid stainless steel food pan for professional kitchen prep, storage and service, holding 5.6 litres in a 100 mm deep full-profile body. Built to EN 631 / ISO 2532 standards, it fits any compliant bain-marie, holding unit or refrigerated counter that accepts GN 2/4 inserts.

Suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and deli counters, this tray handles hot lines and cold storage equally well. The non-perforated construction makes it the right choice wherever liquids, sauces or loose ingredients need to be contained without loss.
