Description

A digital penetration thermometer for checking core temperatures of hot dishes fast, with a hold function that locks in the reading for a clear view.

Made from stainless steel and polycarbonate, it reads from -50°C to 150°C, switches between °C and °F and shuts off automatically after 25 minutes.
