The Vitrum wall-mounted supply-extract exhaust hood is a made-in-Latvia, stainless steel canopy hood designed for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations that require a combined fresh-air supply and grease-extract solution in a single wall-mounted unit. Its induction-style ventilation integrates a fresh-air supply plenum alongside the grease-extract section, keeping cooking lines comfortable and compliant without separate supply diffusers.
