The Vitrum Drop-In Ventilated Cold Basin (800 mm) is a built-in refrigerated GN unit for salad bars, buffet counters, and food-service prep lines, maintaining a stable +2 °C to +6 °C holding temperature via forced-air cooling. Designed to drop flush into a counter top, it accepts two GN 1/1 containers and runs on a standard 230 V supply at just 0.21 kW — keeping operating costs low without compromising consistent chill.
